Okay, so I've been commuting on my old 12 speed for some time and I just recently bought a fixed gear. I wanted to give Clipless pedals a go so I bough Shimano PD R540, and Shimano SPD cleats.





I get the package in the mail install the SPD cleats into my Adidas and get home stoked to ride my bike. One problem... I can't clip in. I must have bough the wrong cleats for my pedals or something. What have I done?
