if those are in fact your shoes, you might be restricted to spd type pedals.

unless you can find an adapter that will let you run spd sl cleats on your shoes. i've found a few adapters that go the other way, but none that would work for you.

i'm quoted underneath this post recommending the SIDI adapter, but i was wrong, that's for running spd cleats on spd-sl shoes.
