We can't tell if the shoes/cleats are compatiable but definitely the pedals/cleats ARE NOT compatiable. Either buy SPD pedals or LOOK-type cleats (and make sure they're compatiable with the shoes.

EDIT: The shoes/cleats ARE compatiable (I see the two slots with the nuts inside the sole) so the issue is that you need to get SPD pedals.
