I have built wheels with those hubs and the cited dimensions do sound vaguely familiar.

The single sided miches are not symmetrical, which is wicked.
P.S If anyone has anymore info or has the knowledge of all the track hubs to write up a table of which are dishless and which aren't - props. Speaking of which - i'm going to guess the new miche fixed/fixed is symmetrical.
