there were police involved and i got a case number but didn't have a chance to talk with the driver because i was on the floor and then rushed to the emergency room. no brake, no lights on the bike. no indication that the driver was going to turn, in fact he was halfway across when he decided to go right. i didn't talk to the driver so i dont know if the car is damaged.
