I get that they're closed. I don't get why. WTH?

How this relates to road cycling: My original ride was to be a rolling 45 miler. My partner in crime lost 45 minutes so we did hors category hill repeats. I had half the mileage and 4 times the elevation. I taught a 60 min. Spinning class this evening. Came home and went to Foo for some stress relief and bam! It's gone!

Color me befuddled.
