Bikes: 2004 Litespeed Siena, 1996 Litespeed Obed, 1992 Miele (unknown model), 1982 Meile Uno LS.

Because a 38 won't fit in a 23 tire and a 23 stretched to 38 isn't going to last long- try it and see!

If it's that or walk I'd try it, but otherwise buy something close to what you want.
