Not sure yet. I imagine the scratch races in the beginning. I've done my fair share of mtb racing over the years, and a season of 'cross, but I've actually never ever done a road race of any sort. I was told it's a pretty good atmosphere and I think the high intensity aspect of crits would help me out more in cx/mtb racing versus longer road races. Plus there's a bunch of them (including the weekly Midweek races) within easy reach of downtown.
