the orca looks nice - any idea if orbea makes their full carbon frames themselves? (and if not, who and where do they come from?)
the aluminum orbeas i've seen have not impressed me a whole lot. the welds were not particularly nice looking and they just reminded me of fujis or some cheaper bike.
i know i should keep my mouth shut until i ride one, though.
Here is a pic of my Orca. Obrea does build their own carbon frames.
The top end alluminum frames are nicely made. The welds are nice and the logos are painted not decals. The mid and lower end bikes are not as nice but they are not very expensive either. Orbea's handle really nice. They are very responsive and stable yet turn quickly.
I'm going to start racing again next season for one of the local shops.
