Are you kidding me? Do you ever think to yourself as a good looking girl walks by, "wow, she was hot." or likewise when a more, shall we say, homely girl walks by, you subconsciously think "no thank you."

That's judging someone you don't know, and you do it all the time. This guy just had his "ugly" surgically augmented, by choice, permanently. I'll judge him on that.
