Could you post what model of Bianchi and Trek you are looking at, my buddies shop sells both brands and I'll call him and get the scoop for you.
If you are referring to the Bianchi Volpe (isn't that what you said you rode?) Bianchi lists the tt length on the 52 as 53.0 cm.
