I would say the license (and we can argue the semantics of your usage there all you want) stems from your inablility to spell. Period.

How does one show disapproval without a derogatory statement of some sort? So sorry your feelings got hurt. You wouldn't need spell check if you learned to spell in the first place. Guess you didn't have much patience for vocabulary tests in english class. And BTW, a semantic checker, as far as i know, would be included in a grammar check, but doesn't exist on its own. I suspect semantic is another word you weren't patient enough to learn.

Since you've admitted your thread has no place here, this thread can die. Woohoo.
