One more decal question:

I have some waterslide decals and Nick at Lloyd's says, "I STRONGLY recommend Humbrol "Decal Fix" to wet the tube. It draws the transfer to the tube, enhances the glue and avoids a potentially milky finish when drying out. Good model shops stock it, or it can be found easily on ebay/internet - AND it's cheap"

Any comments on this? This appears to be a British model aircraft product, but I haven't been able to find anything like it in North America.
