Where to buy from for max lumens per watt?

DealExtreme says 88lm/W for their Cree at 350mA http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.2394

Is this the best that can be done right now?
Going to pull the trigger on an LED purchase and just want to make sure I get the best ones
