Bikes: Menonite black urbanite, probably enough spare parts to make anther one.

you can install a rigid fork but your headtube angle will be way too steep as a result of the shorter fork blades.

i'd say order a ready-made frame and be done with it. i think some even come with the sliding drops as a standard feature now too.
