I'm about 177cm (like 5'10"?) with a tight tarck(c) bike:
TT 53.5cm & 110mm stem.

This combo gives me a riding position where the handlebar aligns perfectly with the front hub so that the hub is hidden from my sight behind the bar when riding.

I read somewhere that this is an old school way of measuring the bike fit and it feels good to me anyway.
