Neuvations ( http://www.neuvationcycling.com/ )have alot of fans here in CA, only partly because they're in our backyard. Both the Aero 3's and the SL3's are well liked and everyone says that customer service is beyond great. My next wheels will be the SL3's. I'm also curious about the Soul wheels, but searching the forums shows that their outstanding weight numbers are vastly scewed, and probably not far enough off of the Neuvations to take the hit on customer service with a company outside of the US.

Do some research. One close friend of mine rides the SL3's and another just ordered them up. Another friend has been riding/racing on neuvations (not sure which model) for about 3 years now with no problems. He's also a lightweight though at close to 140. This "good quality at a great price" catagory only has so many players, and I think you just named the other two players that I know of other than neuvations.
