^^^ Depends on how many spokes you are using. Those numbers sound about right for 36h but dont count on my saying that. I'm JUST ESTIMATING. I recently built the same wheel 32h and needed 281mm. 36h would be a bit shorter because the angle isn't as big for the spokes to cross 3x.
