Starting weight 230, bike was a ten year old Giant mtb. Currently weigh 219.
Late last fall I upgraded to my Specialized full suspension bike, upraded with a gps mount, bar ends, and a seat bag. I'm going to add clipless pedals this spring.
I'd love to have a roadie, but way over half of my miles are on dirt.
