yes, didn't work, as in tasted funny.. it may have had to do with the salt content of that batch, but after using honey i'm not looking back.
as to the fructose issue, it's really a non-issue for me. i'm not going to fret that much over the 40% fructose content in a tablespoon or two of honey. so far i haven't experienced any of the possible problems attributable to fructose, it tastes better, so i'll stick with it.
