The F11 has one target zone you can preset.
You are thinking of the KUF program. In which the program defines 3 intensity zones(you can not preset them). Light, moderate and hard, based on your Ownzone test. When you have and are following the KUF program you can target and 'fill' the boxed zone, the boxed zone is based on the programmed day and your ownzone result.
