About Saturday, I'll have to take a "rain check". The race team is having a training ride and I guess that I better go. It's going to be a 4 hour ride with 2 x 20 minute intervals. Even though I'm suppose to race on Sunday, this is a workout that I shouldn't miss.

So, please, forgive me for skipping out on our ride. I'm sure, due to our proximity to each other and the ability to communicate via this medium, we can arrange another ride in the future. Ok?
