Well....in all fairness to everyone....There technically doesn't seem to be a weight listed in the rule book, but rather it states that UCI rules (which include a weight limit) apply for certain National Championship and Elite level races.
So technically there is no weight limit in the book.
Further it does not apply to Cat4/5 races. Unless there is another rule somewhere in the book then this would mean that, with reference to the OP, there is no weigh limit to you bike for racing in Cat4/5 so no....you won't see any official weigh it.
....but more to the point that everyone has boiling in their brain. - who gives a eff? It's Cat4/5. There is so much other, more meaningful, stuff to worry about instead.
