Obviously the OP is jesting, but in the book "The Golden Age of Handbuilt Bicycles" there's a city-type bike that was M. Herse's personal ride. It says in the accompanying text that he had originally set it up as a fixie, although later he converted it (no doubt to the consternation of purists everywhere) to a derailleur-geared machine.
Edit: Correction, it was a Singer and was M. Singer's personal ride, and he didn't convert it into a derailleur-geared machine, he simply converted what had been a training bike into a porteur.
It has Maxi-Car hubs, but it's not clear to me whether they are track hubs. I would think Jan Heine might know.
