Here's my adaptation of an '84 Trek 760. New paint job courtesy of Dr. Deltron.
18 speeds with a combination of Campagnolo Mirage and chorus shifters and Super Record brake calipers. Greg and Lee at the LBS were great help in taking care of realigning the dropouts and making sure I didn't screw up with the cabling.
Still need to glue the tubulars on and adjust the derailleur cables.
