Nothing is compatible with HP-UX 10. You need to go to at least 11i to get some compatibility.

I ran large platforms and clips on my MTB for a while, but the spindle was too far behind the ball of my foot for my liking. There are some Wellgo platforms that put the clip mount closer to the spindle.
