I have a frame I'd like to treat with JP Weigle Framesave. I applied one light coat to the steer tube of a fork last weekend as a test to see how it would work, and it still hasn't dried. It's slightly tacky to the touch, about the same level of dryness as it was 3 or 4 days ago. Is this normal?

It's been sort of damp here in AZ recently, but I don't really think that's what the problem is. It seems like it'd be a bit difficult to slide a stem or seat post into a tube that's this tacky, but I guess I could just slather it up with grease. Has anybody had a similar experience?
