Sounds like you have a great climbing repeat hill there, diddy. It gains about 100 more feet than the one I do repeats on (usually do 8-10 ascents), but the bottom 1/4 of my hill is really shallow, and max grade is only 11%.

Since you're racing this year, you should do the Housatonic Hills Road Race. I think you'll like it. If you happen to have a VDO MC1.0+ computer like I do, you'll notice that a 7-8% grade feels like you've finally hit a "break" on some of the steeper climbs. It's awesome when you're hitting 14%, and the road just keeps going up...and up....and up....and you're like WTF!!!! The finishing climb is 1.8 miles, and gains around 700 vertical feet I think. That was painful.

P.S. You get the R3 yet?
My hill has zero point zero zero training value. Sad to say. It's just the end of the ride ball buster climb.
