,the other is to insert a phillips head screwdriver between the grip and the bar and rotate it around breaking the seal ....
, but do not insert a screwdriver into a baby Harp or that seal will be broken and the animal rights campaigners will not be happy and then you will find yourself trying to break out of their grip !
