You do notice a drop in metabolism but aside from that, life is good. My knees have been hurting for years thanks to a stupid snowboarding stunt; that's also why I concentrate on bicycling rather than running/snowboarding/etc. I still date "just out of college" girls. The single women I know are desperate to find men 30 years or older (we're considered mature/stable by their standards) to date and marry. Plus, you have more expendable income and can wear a suit/tux to a formal party and look the part.
