I know very little to nothing about the world of BMX, but I have decided to use BMX cranks on my singlespeed commuter, because I like the BMX chainrings (they have character) and because I wanted a 1/8" wide steel chainring, and apparently they are only made for BMX.

So I went ahead and bougth a Euro BB (that's supposed to work with a BSA BB shell) and a FSA crankset. In the FSA package with the crankset there was a tool for installing the cranks onto the spindle, and I do get how this tool works. What I don't get is: how will I remove the cranks from the spindle? The interface between the cranks and the spindle looks like it is going to be extremely strong.
