He chuckled and sheepishly refused. She quit on the spot leaving them magnificently short handed. I have 2 questions for y'all. Firstly does anyone here know any Sri Lankan speakers that would be willing to translate a friendly discussion with this clown as all the staff there speak barely any English?. If one wanted to lodge a complaint about this misogynistic and unacceptable behavior where would one go?
I don't know much about the human rights commission. You could likely bring an action for sexual harassment / wrongful dismissal in small claims court. It would cost you $90 or so, and the most you can sue for is $10 000, but it's pretty easy to do and you don't need a lawyer.

That said, I'd be more than happy to help Mindy in anyway you need. PM me if you'd like.
