Hey Stevesurf, don't get me wrong, Vancouverites are really easy-going and cool. However, there's no denying that the dinotte can indeed be annoying (not for me though hehehe!)

I've been trying the pulsed modes and I agree it's more distinctive than the constant red cast behind my bike.

About Puerto la Cruz, I can inform you that the Melia is no longer Melia, they changed owners so now it's called different. Paseo Colon is much nicer now with a broader boulevard and the craftmen and artisans are back showing their pieces, really nice evening promenade.

I guess I have to check out those restaurants around here, yummy!
