No it was offered at MSRP at the bike shop. It was a bike I was looking at, and it still had the original sticker on it with a red marker line through the MSRP price.
OK so it was OFFERED, but it didn't sell. Unless you're in some hobunk town with only that bike shop in a 100 mile radius, they didn't expect to sell many at MSRP either.
