It's for chapped lips and such, I found it near the band-aids at a drug store. It was a not-so-cheap $5 for a fairly small bottle, but I suppose it's a lifetime supply for what I'm going to use it for. (Don't use too much, I think it degrades the gum when applied too liberally.)
