Here in Portland, OR the larger LBS's sell a lot of TREK's and Trek owned brands (i.e. Lemond), so you see a lot of TREK's at the various events around here. So from my perspective it's nice to be different, so I would go with the Orbea.

Buying my new road bike in January made me realize that buying the clearance bike came with a price as the shops that do a lot of clearance bikes charge extra for a full fitting whereas the shop I bought from this time included it with the purchase (the bike was MSRP)

Truth to tell though, follow the advice previously given and go with the ride that feels better and/or the shop that supports you better (i.e. better fitting service). They're both good bikes.
