Miche made different grades of hubs (as well as other parts) and some of them were just fine, but...the only time I suffered catastrophic hub failure was with a (cheap) Miche rear hub.The spoke heads pulled right through the flange like hot little knives through butter, giving me the chance for a long walk home in cleated cycling shoes, then socks, then barefoot (my feet still ache thinking about it). YRMV, and I hope they do. I see some of the newer Miche track products look like really nice and well-made stuff. Back in "the day" Miche made parts sold in US as CyclePro, and you see a lot of cheap QR levers with that mark, made in Italy by the Brothers Michelin (no relation to the tire folks AFAIK).
