I suspect it's rather personal. I got a San Marco Arami with the cutout. Fits & works perfectly. Had my big dog hit my right nut with the tip of his wagging tail, had my balls get inflamed. Needed treatment with antibiotics. My trusty saddles didn't work. The San Marco did. Just the right amount of padding, and the cutout works. Sensitive to adjustment, of course.

The padding I miss is on my feet. I'm bones and skin, have to be careful about things!
