Slow Fred can't help himself (glad someone caught that ). I'm going to take it easy when my body tells me to though...after all rides like today aren't what make you fast, proper application of naptime and snackies do.

PCaddy: I don't think I would have had the same ride sans power meter. When I first determined my FTP it was 275. At my best between knee BS I've had it up to 335. Currently I think 320 is a fair estimate...the PM forces me to concentrate and maintain an output - and then allows me to dissect my performance to come back Harder, Better, Faster Stronger <-clicky

transplant: Rest is training...going to have to remind myself of that tomorrow so I'm not tempted to dig a big hole riding again.
