). I'm going to take it easy when my body tells me to though...after all rides like today aren't what make you fast, proper application of naptime and snackies do.
PCaddy: I don't think I would have had the same ride sans power meter. When I first determined my FTP it was 275. At my best between knee BS I've had it up to 335. Currently I think 320 is a fair estimate...the PM forces me to concentrate and maintain an output - and then allows me to dissect my performance to come back
