Yes please no flash, especially that noisy intro.
I like the sections about what goes into making a saddle (pictures from the factory,etc.)
Stories and testimonials from riders are always great.
If you want a good example of minimal flash usage, I like rivendell cycles' site. (

You can do a ton with css as opposed to flash, basic elements of the site should basically work transparently, not load with tons of sound and flashy graphics.
That's not to say I don't like the site, but I would expect a company like brooks to have a simpler site that just works, kind of like your saddles.
I LOVE my B17 by the way.
