There is. Actually, there are three. There's the bike shop at Evergreen, which is open to the public; there's Bike & Bike downtown, in the Dumpster values building, and there's Build-a-bike, on Wilson St., near Ralph's Thriftway. Hopefully there'll be a fourth soon at SPSCC; I've started laying the groundwork.
