Here's my 2003 NRS 3. I've made a few mods over the years: Avid SD-7s with salmon Kool Stops, ODI lock-on grips, shortened stem 20mm, Rhyno Lytes with Velociraptors, Lizard Skin chainstay protector. Other than that it's stock, but I'd really like a new fork.
