That guy is just a troll. Most people report getting 1500 to 2500 miles on the rear with these. Besides, light weight was not an issue - ride quality is the key for me. To clarify, my Masters are just a narrower version of the the Paves.
Operator - I'd say the PR2 are possibly a faster rolling tire but these are in a different league for suppleness. They ride much like tubular tires in that they soak up small bumps and vibration.
