Some of the early boutique sealed bearing pulleys like Bullseye had fixed jockey pulleys and were very adjustment touchy if used on an indexing system.
I think the picture from the link I posted actually had Centeron on the wheel. Thanks for the tip. I'm more of a Campy guy than Shimano. Though, that's about to change soon.
