I put a 170mm TA Professional crankset and TA bottom bracket on my UO-8, and later replaced the TA cranks with 165mm Sugino ATs to get English threading and a bit more toe-to-tire clearance. For what it's worth, the TA and Sugino cranks seem to be completely interchangeable on the BB spindle.
