I think the picture from the link I posted actually had Centeron on the wheel. Thanks for the tip. I'm more of a Campy guy than Shimano. Though, that's about to change soon.

Campy indexing compatible rear derailleurs also have a floating upper pulley, they just don't have a marketing name for it. My 10-speed Chorus rd has the upper pulley marked "upper" to insure it's installed in the right location.
