If you've been away from GR for very long, you won't even recognize it. There's so much construction downtown, the old furniture warehouses are all luxury condos and design firms, and the old neighborhoods are looking good. Unfortunately, there's still a lot of exurban sprawl too. They say it'll be the biggest city in Michigan within the next 10 years.
