Don't worry about it, coz the new bike will most likely handle and feel different "irregardless". These days, with such a range of different frame/tube designs (shapes, thicknesses, carbon lamination variations), and fork designs, no two bikes will feel the same (unless they're the same bikes ), even if they have the exact same anlges, rake and wheelbase
