slippery one out there tonight, eh folks? it's been a long time since i've fallen off my bike for no apparent reason (from the outside observer, anyway) but tonight i went to make a quick stop while moving very slowly and whooooop out goes the bike.

some of the older fellas on here are going to balk at this but i'm going to say it anyway - i'm starting to feel old. i've spent my entire life falling off things but the older i get the more it hurts.
