If Nora doesn't mind using ski-type goggles, they should work just fine. However, it might be worth trying standard cycling glasses, made by the usual suspects - Oakley, Rudy Project, Bolle, etc. You might even try the house brands at Nashbar or Performance just to try them out at a lower price point. There is a huge difference between the wrap-around cycling glasses and the usual prescription glasses that I wear, in terms of wind protection. Some of them are quite large, close to being goggles and they might work better than the sleeker models. I use such a pair myself but the model I use is 15 years old.
